AMSC

BroadPeanase AMSC is a blend of alkaline pectinase, amylase & surfactants. The product mainly used for bio-scouring and desizing on natural cellulosic fibers such as cotton, linen, hemp and blends. It helps to  remove pectin, starch and other impurities from cotton fibers without any degradation of the cellulose and caused no diverse effect on the strength properties of the fabric.

FEATURES 

  • More thermal-stable as compared to any liquid pectinase or amylase and its blend, increase storage stability.

  • Remove pectin and other impurities from cotton fibers effectively  without any degradation of the cellulose.

  • Provide greater softness effect on cotton textiles over traditional alkaline scouring, good hand feel and good water absorbency on treated fabric.

  • The product is to target on grey cotton/linen fabric and its blends, use for preparation of dark or medium and non-sensitive color dyeing with neutral pH scouring process, reduce the usage of water, energy, time and chemicals used.

  • An environmentally friendly solution.

APPLICATION

BroadPeanase AMSC is a ready-to-use product, the application dosage:

 

Exhausted method:

  • Garments (Belly washers/Front loaders)  : 0.5% – 2.0% owg

  • Fabrics (Jets and soft flow)  : 0.5% – 3.0% owf

Hot-Pad-Batch method:

  • 100% cotton woven: 5g/L – 25g/L

  • Pad (70% - 80% pick up, with 40°C – 70°C), batch for 5 to 8 hours
