• BroaAse Luna Conc is recommended for:​​

• Pad Steaming Method –

    Pad (at room temperature) ，batch for 8 to 16 hours

• Hot Pad Batch Method –

    Pad (50˚ - 80˚C) ， batch for 5 to 10 hours

• Exhaust Method –

   This can be used by Jigger, Washer and Softflow with temperature ranging from         40˚C to 80˚C

 

• Regarding the dosage requirement, this is very much depending on the:

  • Desizing method and temperature

  • Type of machine used for the desizing

  • Amount of starch, oil, wax and PVA present in the fabric

  • The requirement of starch/size remain after desizing treatment.
