Fabric contaminated with Iron or other metals that causes catalytic reaction when in contact with Peroxide during bleaching process formed pinhole effect (fabric damage). BroaAse Super AS is an amylase that use in pre-treatment of cotton and blends especially in acid condition to ensure the fabric has proper desized. Treated fabric is free from Iron and other metal contamination. The operational pH range is from pH2.0 to pH5.0.
APPLICATION

BroaAse Super AS is recommended to be used in:

Pad batch Method --
-
Padding at 20 - 50ËšC and batch for 2 - 4 hours

Exhaust Method --
Can be used with Jigger, Washer and Softflow, with
temperature ranging from 20 to 40ËšC, and duration 10 to 30 mins

** Note: The above recommendation is in consideration of application in the present of Oxalic acid.

Regarding the dosage requirement, this is very much depending on the:

Desizing method and temperature.

Type of machine used for the desizing process.

Amount of starch, oil, wax and PVA present in the fabric.

The requirement of starch/size remain after desizing treatment.

The subsequent wet processing steps.
