Biopsl-SXn

Broadase BioPSL-SXN is a highly concentrated blend of new generation powder cellulase, designed for fuss-free conversion to liquid form. Perform bio-finishing perfectly at pH 5.0 to 6.0. It still work significantly well at pH 7.0. It performs effectively  with reactive dyeing in one bath one step method.

FEATURES 

  • Provide high flexibility for formulator and end-user

  • Easy to dilute with clean water without any additional additive or preservative

  • After dilution, solution can stay stable for at least a month

  • A clear and stable ready-to-use liquid cellulase can be based on 10% dilution

  • Broad operating pH range, still work significant well at pH7.0

  • Thermal-stable compared to liquid cellulase as the product is in powder format

  • Lower strength lost as compared to conventional Acid Cellulase

APPLICATION

  • Broadase BioPSL-N is a high strength product, pre-dilution with clean water is needed before application.

  • Dosage based on 10% dilution:

    • Garments (Belly washers/Front loaders) :  0.3% - 0.6% owg

    • Fabrics (Jets and soft flow) :  0.3% - 0.6% owf

We believe powder form product gives better consistency in quality and flexibility in logistic

  • Convertible to liquid.

  • Easy to dilute with clean water.

  • Stable solution can stay stable for at least a week.
