BroaAse Astone is a multifunction denim wash enhancer with desizing ability. It can be applied in methods below:

As a desizer before denim/stone washing

As Enhancer together with cellulase in denim washing step to improve wash look

Cellulase can be added to form an all in one solution denim washing enzyme. By doing this, no additional anti back staining agent or desizer are needed.

Great prevention of Indigo dyes stain by superb calcium hardness complexing, good Indigo dyes dispersing and effective Indigo dyes stain blocking properties. With right amount (0.5% - 1.5%) of BroaAse Astone, the denim wash can be run without any extra anti-stain agent

Good hand feel, high efficiency on wax/PVA/starch removal

Versatility and multifunctional as it can be used together with cellulase/formulated cellulase in one bath one step denim washing process (without desizing step)

It can enhance graining and promote greyish cast in denim with partial stone replacement

Dosage use for prewashing/desizing and denim/stone washing steps:

Desizing : 0.25% - 0.75%
